The KassunKoch ice cream attachment for KitchenAid stand mixers is compatible with most KitchenAid Tilt-Head and Bowl-Lift mixers, but please note that it is not suitable for the KitchenAid Artisan Mini 3.5QT mixer. This attachment can create up to 2.0 quarts of soft serve ice cream and other frozen desserts in just 20 to 30 minutes.

Easy Mixing Process

To use the ice cream attachment, simply place the driver component on the mixer, aligning the cutout with the mixer shaft. Power on the mixer and stir for 20-30 minutes to create your frozen treat. The parts included are a Freeze Bowl (hand wash only), a Dasher (dishwasher safe), a Drive Assembly (dishwasher safe), and a User Manual.

How to Use the Ice Cream Maker Bowl

1. Store the freeze bowl in the freezer for at least 15 hours on the coldest setting.
2. Prepare your ice cream batter and chill thoroughly.
3. Assemble the attachment pieces onto the mixer following the Use and Care Guide.
4. Start the mixer on "Stir" speed before pouring in the batter.
5. Mix the batter in the freeze bowl for 20-30 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
6. Remove the ice cream with a non-metal utensil and store in a shallow plastic container for 4-6 hours.

Notes: 1. Do not pour the batter into the freeze bowl before starting the mixer to prevent premature freezing. 2. Set your freezer to -0.4°F for proper freezing of all foods.
